All Designs are made to order upon the customers request, as I provide a service, I am unable to provide a full refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Vaed strives to keep our business circular so If at any point you think your Vaed Piece is no longer your style or doesn’t fit you any more, you can absolutely return it and we will re-home it for you, in exchange you will get store credit and you can choose another Vaed piece from our up-cycled already made collection of equal amount. Store credit will be valid for up to 1 year.

Returns for Reselling Marketplace
Thank you for shopping Secondhand! We accept all returns from our reselling marketplace within 40 days of purchase and all refund will be store credit. For Any returns please contact returns@vaedva.com
Repairs
At any point your item gets damaged I do accept repair alterations, If your item needs to be altered within the first 30 days of receiving the piece its free, any repairs after the 30 days will be a $45 fee, shipping is included in that price, Please Email Repairs@vaedva.com If you would like a repair alteration done.
